Drama Drama drraammaa queeeen... without asking for it...

Alright.
I swear. Drama just follows me whereever I go. No wonder the boys call me 'divanation'. Although I try hard not to be, I just seem to always be in the wrong place at the wrong time, or am just so absent minded that things happen.
yikes!
So, I arrive in Vancouver airport only to realize that I don't have my cellphone with me. I have 1 dollar in my pocket, no numbers memorized in vancouver. so.. i'm pretty screwed. The boys knew when I was coming into town. So I just went to the place where I 'normally' get picked up hoping they would eventually find me there. Well, the normal place I get picked up is kinda weird, cause it is actually departures, not arrivals. Anyways.
I stood outside thinking that just in case they drove by they could see me.
Well, unfortunately. For some reason, we never connected until like... freakin... 10:45! oh man. My flight came in at 8:30. The guys were frantically looking for me. i think one of them posted something on facebook that their lead singer was lost. haha.. whooops.
well.. they found me, after searching everywhere for quite awhile.
I just stood, then sat on a luggage cart outside of departures waiting.
Serious. drama!!!!!
well, that was definitely a very interesting note to start the weekend.
anyways. So.
The Squad has been writing quite a bit.
It's been pretty cool. Our sessions are a lot different than they were before.
We used to write with the three of us. Drew, Jack and myself. And then take the music to Toby and Petey to write their parts and have their input. Now, We set up all our stuff, and write all together as we go. It definitely makes the sound way more interesting and unique. Some of my favorite songs are some of our newer ones.
So.
To hear them, COME TO OUR NEXT SHOW! whoohooo!!
We are planning our winter 2008 shows now so keep checking here for them.
We have a whole LOAD of new songs to unleash and they are pretty awesome. .. =)
Definitely something very different.
