Energy drinks are to Drewz as Spinach is to Popeye

Hmm... i didn't get to down my red bull today before hitting the Nightmarket gig... I got hit with a huge wave of "darn i'm real tired" in the middle of our mellow set. Without my red bull I get grumpy and kinda static on stage. Even when people are waving meat on a stick at me. Especially when people are waving meat on a stick at me.

But what a crazy set of days it's been. The Stripped Series fashion show was stunning. And not just stunning because of gorgeous models in gorgeous dresses (of which there were plenty), but it was just all out fun hanging out at Granville Island waiting for set time. Elaine had huge punk spike hair done up for here, we traded random comments with Rebecca Ramone and her band of guys on the philosophy of the bizarre relationship of Goofy and his pet Pluto. Think about it now.. just think. Anyways, i'll try to dig up some photos cause it was a most amazingly done up venue. Props to Arc2 for pulling that off.

One more gig to go, and then it's OWNAGE 2007 (ie Drewz's bachelor party). I hope they make a rule stating they cannot damage the magic fingers. Everything else is fair game.
